Melbourne Indymedia is a volunteer run, grassroots collective committed to using media production and distribution as tools for promoting social and economic justice. Indymedia is a truly cooperative effort of hundreds of independent media organisations and people providing news free from government, commercial and corporate control. Independent funding is therefore a necessity.

Melbourne Indymedia provides news from around the world to our readers, and a space for people to publish their audio, video, writing and photos, all for free. For this to continue we need support.
