Just NOT Cricket, you racist John Howard
by huh !!! Sunday May 13, 2007 at 11:02 AM

Australian Capital Territory Embassy of the Republic of Zimbabwe Chancery: 11 Culgoa Circuit O'Malley ACT 2606 His Excellency Mr Stephen CHIKETA Ambassador, Dear Sir, I wish to express my deepest regret and sorrow that my actions have angered a racist, the Honorable John Howard, and his government. I did send him, his Attorney General and the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee, a notice of their violations and abuses of Human Rights under both International Laws as well as Australian laws. I believe that this has caused him to act in a way that denies the children and people of Zimbabwe the chance to interact with the outside world and fostering goodwill and dialogue through sports and cricket. I urge you to fight the racism that the Honorable John Howard and his government is fostering in Australia. cc. the Honorable Prime Minister of Australia the Honorable Attorney General the Honorable Minister for Foreign Affairs Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee Cricket Australia ICC

Dear Committee Members and Members of Parliament,

Enclosed is a fax to both the Honorable Prime Minister and Attorney General.
The same question is asked of these Committees,

1. what did the Australian Government and Parliament do to prevent human rights abuses such as those to Vivian Solon and Cornelia Rau;
2. what will the Parliament do to investigate a Bill of Rights as a replacement for HREOC and the Honourable von Doussa QC as President of HREOC;
3. as an interim measure, will the Parliament investigate the conspiracy to pervert the course of justice by governmental bodies such as SSAT, Administrative Appeals Tribunal, and Members such as Egon Fice, Handley, Barty and Hutchinson, amongst others.
4. investigate conduct from Law Firms such as Sparke Helmore.

Should you need copies of originals that have been filed in the Federal Courts, Melbourne Registry, feel free to contact myself.

Dear John,

RE: Unlawful discrimination by the Prime Minister, the Honourable John Howard MP and Attorney General, The Honourable Philip Ruddock MP
The unlawful discrimination by the Prime Minister, the Honourable John Howard MP and Attorney General, The Honourable Philip Ruddock MP, in using English language as a basis to discriminate against Australians with ethnic backgrounds, has lead to unlawful discrimination by governmental departments.
Unlawful discrimination by the Prime Minister, the Honourable John Howard MP and Attorney General, The Honourable Philip Ruddock MP, has developed an environment of unlawlessness and treason within governmental departments, fostering contempt for the rule of law, encouraging attempts to pervert the course of justice, deprivations of basic human rights.
Is this what you call Australian values?
Under the watch of The Hon. John von Doussa QC, President of the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission (HREOC), Australia has been condemned for its treatment of indigenous people, encouraged the Human Rights abuses against Cornelia Rau and Vivian Solon. The Hon. John von Doussa QC actively encourages human rights violations; he is known to have covered up at least two (2) Human Rights violations by the Commonwealth of Australia, including those of Royal Australian Navy. Under the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Act 1986, The Hon. John von Doussa QC, as President of the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission (HREOC), should have reported to Parliament any cases of Human Rights violations by the Commonwealth, and he has actively covered them up.

Is this what you call Australian values?

What has the Commonwealth of Australia put in place as safeguards against its own human rights violations, since the Cornelia Rau and Vivian Solon incidences?

Enclosed are the cases of attempts of conspiracy to pervert the course of Justice, by the Social Security Tribunal Members Barty and Hutchinson, Administrative Appeals Tribunal Member Egon Fice in fabricating documents and evidence to suit their prejudices.

Their brazen contempt for the rule of law is a direct evidence of the unAustralian environment developed by the unlawful discrimination by the Prime Minister, the Honourable John Howard MP, and Attorney General, The Honourable Philip Ruddock MP, and The Hon. John von Doussa QC, President of the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission (HREOC).

COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA BILL OF RIGHTS

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission (ATSIC) was unlawfully disbanded discriminatorily by the Prime Minister, the Honourable John Howard MP, and Attorney General, The Honourable Philip Ruddock MP, and The Hon. John von Doussa QC, President of the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission (HREOC), for being ineffectual.
It is time to disband a HREOC that continuously contributes to Human Rights violations under Australian and International laws to which Australia is signatory. The Hon. John von Doussa QC, President of the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission (HREOC) must be dismissed asap.

HREOC MUST BE REPLACED WITH A COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA BILL OF RIGHTS.

Is this Australian values? Please make it clear to the Australian people, and to people who had faith in Australia as the lucky country.

Sincerely
