Ellis III that he "made a mistake by joining fundamentalist Muslim Taliban" and "had I realized then what I know now about Islam I would never have joined the Taliban in Jihad." "Life is making choices and living with the consequences," Judge Ellis said. "You made a bad choice to join the Muslim Idol Osama bin Laden and the Taliban." Walker Lindh sniffled, paused several times and nearly broke down during his 14-minute long apologetic statement to the court before he was sentenced to spend two decades behind bars.

The grieving father of Johnny Michael Spann, the American officer who was murdered during a violent uprising at a Afghanistan prison in which Walker Lindh and other Muslim criminals were being held after their capture, made an emotional plea to the court, stating that the sentence was way too short. "My grandchildren would love to know their dad if he only could come back in 17 years," the elder Spann said. "The punishment doesn't fit the crime to me."

It was noted that that Walker Lindh and Mohammad Dawood (i.e. David Hicks, RIP) volunteered to join the fundamentalist Muslim fighters and were willing to give your life for Islam but not for your country.

After little more then one year Walker Lindh changed his plea to guilty to one count of supplying services to Muslim Terrorists and a criminal charge that he carried a loaded rifle and two hand grenades while fighting on the Taliban's front lines in Afghanistan.

If he had gone to trial and was found guilty of the government's original indictment, Walker Lindh would have spent the rest of his life behind bars. It has taken the much harder Muslim “Nut” Muhammad Dawood (David Hicks, RIP) five years at the Guantamo Bay detention centre in Cuba to come to his senses and discuss a realistic plea bargaining. When this happens things will start moving forward quickly.

In return for a guilty plea, the government is likely to drop all but one count of a lengthy criminal indictment including one of the most serious charges -- conspiracy to kill U.S. nationals. Like Walter Lindh, Muhammad Dawood (David Hicks, RIP) can expect to walk free again sometime around 2022 AD i.e. the Muslim Islamic year of 1443.

Unlike the Australian fundamentalist now known under his preferred Muslim name MUMAMMAD DAWOOD (forgetabout David Hicks -RIP) the more intelligent and pregmatic American Walker Lindh had early willingly cooperated with the government since pleading guilty. Under the terms of plea agreement, neither he nor any member of his loving family can accept money or otherwise make profits by selling this story.

In short: Muhammad Dawood would be home with his well-financed dad Mr Hicks a long time ago, just like his American AND Australian mates, if that was his sincere wish!
