Forestry Tasmania vs. Huon Valley Environment Centre in the Supreme Court

On Friday 16th Feb 2007 Forestry Tasmania attempted an injunction in the Supreme Court against the Huon Valley Environment Centre.

The injunction was an attempt to stop the Weld Valley walk-in on the 18th Feb, as well as any promotions of actions considered illegal in the lower Weld Valley.
