by Shamone Friday December 15, 2006 at 09:06 PM

David Caldwell, 29, of Goongerah (far east Victoria) has been arrested and charged by police for his alleged participation in last month's anti-g20 protests.

David Caldwell, 29, of Goongerah (far east Victoria) has been arrested and charged by police for his alleged participation in last month's anti-g20 protests.

Caldwell is spending the weekend in police custody while he awaits for his mother to put up bail money as she is travelling from Adelelaide. David appeared before the Melbourne Magistrates' Court today, bail has not been requested, and the court was adjourned until Tuesday.

Caldwell is the seventh person to be arrested in relation to the anti-G20 protests. Others who have been accused include:
Rosalie Delaney, 19, of Parkville
David Vakalis, 19, of Brunswick East
Dominic Richardson, 24, of Brunswick
Akim Sari, 28
Danya Bryx, 22, of Caulfield North

Standing up for our rights
by Monty Miller Friday December 15, 2006 at 11:22 PM

Finance Ministers and other assorted parasites from 20 different countries invaded Melbourne to celebrate their dominance over the globe and to plan more death, destruction and exploitation so that they could line their pockets and those of their supporters. The Bracks regime provocatively invited them to stay in the middle of Melbourne inside a paramilitary exclusion zone surrounded by armed riot police.

Some of us sought to stand up to these mafia dons and there local princes and our comrades. A few dozen took on police at their own game and did surprisingly well. A cracked wrist, a couple of bites a vandalised police van. Trivial compared to a footy match and gang bang. But this was different. Devoid of any moral authority, the state seeks yet again to reestablish its rule using the one resource of which it has virtual monopolistic control: violence.

S11 dozens hospitalised and seriously injured: trampled by police horses, kicked by jackbooted thugs and batoned, one woman run down by a police car. g20: Many injured, 6 arrested, two still in gaol. Would I rather go to gaol for trying to defend myself than spend months or years recovering from broken bones and soft tissue injuries for sitting on the ground, while the police thugs get off scot free? Get hauled off from my home for speaking out against mass murder and supporting my friends rather than pretending everything is ok?

All power to
David,
Rosalie,
David,
Dominic and
Danya.

the fight has just begun

Merry Christmas Sakim,
we will be thinking of you and we will get you out soon.

Solidarity and support

Hear hear Monty M!

Here was a great chance to stand up to this ,' most corrupt organization in Australia'. ( Commonwealth Ombudsman 2005) the corrupt and murderously violent Victoria Pig force.
Some brave young revolutionists did this and for that they got smeared with shit - not only from the usual fascist Bores as you would expect - but also from the entire official Left!

It seems these frauds and fools wanted to play some entirely irrelevent and useless electoral games.

The red fascists like to talk a good revolutionary game but when a revolutionary opportunity arises these days they'd rather be out trying to catch up with the Donkee vote.

Lamer leftist losers never looked worse.

The true global justice movement revolutionaries who believe in and practise diversity of tactics will probably from now on treat them as damage and rout around them.

Consumer fraud laws could be applied perhaps to the old official left. These Marxist ' revolutionaries' make Peter Foster look honest.
Anyways - take advantage of yr trials people and trip up the idiot pigs and don't hold yr breath waiting for any real help from the left and we'll see youse on the other side.

These trials can drag on so don't let them stress youse out too much. Yr convictions - if you earn any - will look good on yr resume.

Recent survey
by RS Saturday December 16, 2006 at 04:11 AM

From memory a recent survey of how many trust the Vic filth.

53% do trust the rotten rapists, torturer's, thieves, liars and murdering drunken bullies.

48% DO NOT TRUST THE FILTHY SWINE!

( BTW - Marxists say these creatures are holy workers blessed with unions and should run society as they do in all the other Marxist workers paradises. They must never be attacked )

More recent survey
by Professor Cat Saturday December 16, 2006 at 04:25 AM

And unlike the Victorian filth, I guess the protestors recorded throwing items and damaging property during the G20 protests rated extremely highly in the eyes of the Victorian community?

I think it's a little dangerous, cretin, to introduce into this discourse the level of community support for a particular group. You'll get carpeted everytime.

Davey had his fun in the sun. As the ubiquitous Colonel Hathie was wont to say in these pages, now it's 'bend over' time for Davey and his cohorts in mediocrity to take their licks.

THWACK!

I'll have your guts for garters
by pr Saturday December 16, 2006 at 04:39 AM

Stalk me you chickenshit coward and I'll go to the police.
You can get 10 years pulling your act, so who's the cretin again?

David will probably have a cast iron alibil or those Keystone Kretin Kops will fuck up his case like they have a million times before so you are not just a stupid criminal minded imbecile but really just a dribbling psychotic banging at the keybourd with one hand and pulling frantically on your dried currant sized penis with the other paw.

Correctemundo?

Thank you for your reasoned and thoughtful contribution, Professor.

As a fellow intellectual, I defer to you. How could I possibly produce a response to such an erudite dissertation?

PR ya slut
by david Saturday December 16, 2006 at 09:47 PM
david@ironyparty.org

lol another rant from sad old fuck PR,
a tired old man who's not quite done bleating...

you sound a little ragged and desperate there PR. Who do you imagine you're endearing yourself to here by threatening to go to the police?

This thread denotes a clear disparity in our culture - those who are with the authorities, support them, and use them, and those who are not.

It's fairly clear you're a frequent fellator of the thugs in blue, PR. You can't be that and be a human being as well.

If you actually had any credibility with the piggies you're currently prostituting yourself to, you wouldn't be here TELLING us we'd better watch out.. you'd be hoping we dropped ourselves in it so you could actually take action. Obviously you're not only full of shite, you're full of shite as well.

fooked-up schizoid wrinkled old slut :>

something
by right Sunday December 17, 2006 at 02:33 AM

david, finally got something right, not that it was difficult! As for that idiot who constantly threatens users of this interactive site with the police .. does that action suggest anything to you pig lover?

But that is not the issue when something else is as plain as day!

Why do the mods put up with a paranoid who constantly accuses ppl of stalking him and then threatens to run to his mates, the pigs? Cred is at stake mods.

The fact that you tolerate ANYONE threatening other users with the P-O-L-I-C-E (police) is a trifle damning, wouldn't you say?

O, if this got posted to other indy sites, we woud all be wearing our nickers over our heads! BAD REFLECTION, mods

It was David.
by ds. Sunday December 17, 2006 at 09:46 AM

I'm afraid David can't have an alibi due to his photo being splashed all over the papers without his face mask. I guess he shouldn't have been protesting in the forests in East Gippsland and allowed himself to be arrested enabling the subsequent identification of him to be made so positively. Sorry Matt (PR) but your boy is going down for that one. Just take your medication like a good boy and have a lie down.

misty blue correction
by janice Tuesday December 19, 2006 at 01:55 AM

just because somebody runs off to goongerah to evade the law, does not mean they are a resident who pays rent, contributes socially, etc in the town, thanks for tarring everybody who lives there with the taint of stupidity in the bright glare of the media cameras eye.

Who said?
by ds. Tuesday December 19, 2006 at 11:34 AM

Who said anything about Goongerah?? Perhaps you have a guilty conscience? It's all irrelevant anyway, he's been charged as a result of his actions at the G20 protests and will face court. The rest is up to the magistrate and the judicial process.

clarification
by janice Tuesday December 19, 2006 at 12:43 PM

ds- i refer simply to the man's given residence in the article, small towns are widely more vulnerable to being smeared than say, john doe of melbourne, and goongerah residents do not deserve to be included (as they may be in the local region, in a net of criminal activity as claimed by this one individual, and if you are from the region you will be well aware of the tendency of a small minority to pigeonhole and discriminate people judged on their so-called connections to certain issues or localities)
I did not attend g20, i dispute your personal attack upon my own status, thanks mate. Stick to the issue at hand instead of vilifying me, i do not cast aspersions on you, whoever you may be or work for. I'd appreciate it if you didn't use indymedia to abuse others.

further clarification
by ds. Tuesday December 19, 2006 at 01:31 PM

Janice,
You accused me of tarring everyone there with the same brush..please re read your post before firing a shot at me. David is not originally from Goongerah but has used this as his location while he is in league with the protesters there and at G20.
