Police Attack G20 Party Outside Parliament
by g20mediamashups Sunday November 19, 2006 at 01:55 AM

Police chose to use force to disperse a street party happening outside Victoria's parliament house at around 9pm on Saturday night. Whilst they could easily have waited as the crowd continued to ebb away instead they came in with batons and fists cause several injuries, some requiring ambulance assistance.

QuickTime movie at 2.5 mebibytes

Some of the worse policing I have seen in quite some time. They guys were obviously fired up from the afternoon and looking for a fight.

Search and rescue were brought in to prise off several activists who had locked-on to a car place on the road by protestors.

Check the short mobile video and photo.
