In case anyone has been wondering what the new user-friendly barricades look like ... Collins and Russell today around 4.30pm

Russell Street blocked at Collins and Flinders, pedestrian access included, as well as the side streets, Flinders Lane etc.
The rubbish bins in Flinders Street have been sealed...

The churches in Collins Street have put up welcoming notices ...
