Mad Pride at International Human Rights Day
by popefred Friday December 02, 2005 at 06:02 PM

The coalescing Mad Pride group in Melbourne will be turning up at International Human Rights Day on the 10th of December, 1pm outside the State Library and later at the Old Melbourne Gaol.

Mad Pride oz encourages all psychiatric survivors, mentals, loons, psychiatrically labelled or just anybody that has been or knows somebody who has been adversely affected by the Mental Health System to turn up the the International Human Rights Day Rally on the 10th of December, 1pm outside the State Library.

Mad Pride aims to celebrate our mental diversity and encourage people to appreciate their own differences. The stigma and prejudice against the mentally different must be challenged and destroyed. Look for our banner at the rally or our stall at the Old Melbourne Gaol on December the 10th.

Stay Mad!
Be Proud!
